This four bedroom, four bath townhome has been completely remodeled and is conveniently located approximately one mile east of Vail Village, and is also on the Town of Vail free shuttle route.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the third level. The master bedroom has a king size bed, television, and amazing Gore Range Views. The master bathroom has a large shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and a television. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and television. These two bedrooms share a full bath off the hallway. The first level has a two car garage and an additional bedroom. This bedroom has two bunk beds (top bunks are twins, lower bunks are full), a television and a private bathroom with a large steam shower.

The main living area is located on the second level. There is large sunken living room with high ceilings, large windows, and a balcony with incredible views. This room has a television, DVD, gas fireplace, game table (seats 4)and full bathroom. A small dry bar connects the living room and dining area. The dining room table seats six and the breakfast bar accommodates four. The kitchen is fully equipped and features slab granite countertops and beautiful hardwood floors (which are also in the dining room). A separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer just off the kitchen.
