Unit 59 is a large four bedroom, five bath townhome conveniently located less than a mile east of the Village. It is also on the Town of Vail free shuttle route. Remodeled the summer of 2005, new carpet and wall coverings, granite counter and new appliances in the kitchen, rear outdoor deck with a BBQ grill. All new living room furniture Fall 2007. The first level (entry level) has a two car garage and one of four bedrooms. This bedroom has a twin bed plus a captain bunk bed (double mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top)as well as a television. There is a full bathroom off this bedroom with a steam room/shower.

The main living area is on the second floor and features a large sunken living room with vaulted ceilings, picture windows and a private balcony. There is a 60" DLP HDTV, VCR, fireplace and full bathroom. A small bar connects the living room and the dining area. The dining room table seats six and the breakfast bar seats four, A drop-leaf table can be set up to seat 6 in the adjacent bar area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. All railings are child-proof with permanently attached gates at the top of each staircase that can be closed if needed.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the third level. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a television, large master bathroom with skylight, and two picture windows that have amazing Gore Range views. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a full bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds, television and a full bath. The room with two twin beds can be made into a king upon request.
