Bonfire Brewing

Distinctive beer at this local brewery and tap room. Bonfire Brewing opened its doors to the public on November 16, 2010, after brewmaster Matt Wirtz had spent a couple of years brewing in his garage. Now brewing on both a 7 and 17 BBL system, Bonfire makes everything from pale ales to stouts and barleywines, serving them up at their tap room in Eagle, seven days a week. Bonfire cans and draft beer are available in liquor stores and restaurants throughout the Valley.
