After starting with the finest beef, this great restaurant ages the loins for several weeks to insure tenderness and flavor. When the timing is just right, the loins are cut steaks and excess fat is trimmed away, leaving only enough for "The Minturn Country Club flavor." Then YOU, the ONLY person who knows how YOU like a steak, prepare the steak, and flame broil it on the lava rock grill.
