Getting here is a snap whether you are coming by air, car or van. Vail is just 35 miles from Vail/Eagle Airport and 120 miles from Denver International Airport. That’s about 40 minutes or 2.5 hours drive time respectively. Travelers can catch a van, limo or rent cars at either airport location. From Denver, I-70 westbound, take Exit 176, circle the first roundabout and cross under I-70 toward Vail Village; turn right at the first exit in the main roundabout onto South Frontage Road heading west, go one block to Evergreen Lodge. From Vail/Eagle Airport go east on I-70 to Vail Exit 176; take the first right and go west one block. Evergreen Lodge is on the left; parking is free to hotel guests.
Once you arrive in Vail there is no need for a car; the Vail and LionsHead Villages are pedestrian friendly, everything is within walking distance from Evergreen Lodge and the Town is served by year-round free in-town bus service.
