Gymnastics is fun and great exercise for kids and adults

The 9,000-square foot facility offers a martial arts program, open gym, trampoline classes, birthday parties and adult and children's gymnastic programs.


Twist, tumble, bounce, and cartwheel at the Vail Gymnastics Center, Vail's only gymnastics center that offers programs for ages preschool to adults including a competitive team. Walk-in guests are welcome to join classes, and visiting competitive gymnasts can join the team for practices while in the area.
