This unit is a very roomy four bedroom, four bathroom townhome and has a Silver rating. Its large size and mountain Decor make it perfect for entertaining and relaxing after a long day on the slopes.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the third level. The master bedroom has a king size bed, television, large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and picture windows with amazing Gore Range views. The second bedroom has two twin beds (which can be made into a king upon request), a television, and two rollaway beds in the closet for extra sleeping space. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and television. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is an indoor private four person hot tub located on the top floor with a picture window and skylight. The first level has a two car garage and an additional bedroom. This bedroom has two twins, a television, and a private bathroom with a large steam shower.

The main living area is located on the second level. There is large sunken living room with high ceilings, large windows, and a balcony with incredible view of the Gore Range. This room has a television, VCR, fireplace, sleeper sofa and full bathroom. A small wet bar connects the living room and dining area. The dining room table seats eight and the breakfast bar accommodates three. French doors lead out to a large private deck in the backyard. The kitchen if fully equipped and even has a mounted television. The laundry facilities have a full size washer and dryer in a separate room just off the kitchen.

As is true with all of our short term vacation properties—towels, linens, firewood, and most home supplies are included with the rental.
