This beautifully renovated Vail Golf course Townhome features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, indoor hot tub and a 2 car garage. The Vail Golfcourse Townhomes are nestled up against a beautiful wooded area that makes you truly feel like you are in the mountains and are conveniently located on the free Town of Vail shuttle bus route. The Vail Golfcourse Townhome community is roughly one mile east of Golden Peak in Vail Village and has the most convenient free shuttle route as compared to other areas not directly in the Vail Village and the Lionshead area.
What makes the Vail Golf Course Area so unique is the fact that the bus route is extremely short with only a few stops other than the Golfcourse Townhomes and the shuttle drops right at the lift in Golden Peak and at the Golden Peak ski school rather than at the transportation center in Vail. Conversely, if you stay in West Vail, Sandstone, or East Vail you will be dropped at the transportation center and will then have to navigate down several flights of stairs and through the village to get to the slopes (and back the way you came to return) and this is much less convenient particularly at the end of the ski day!
The main living level area features a large living room with two seating areas and a balcony area that wraps around for easy access outside and exists right next to the adjacent stream. The deck off dining room makes for easy access to the back yard area that is backed up to national forest. The living room has a television and DVD player, full bathroom and a wood burning fireplace. The dining room has a table that seats eight and a breakfast bar (seats 4). The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and new appliances. There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen that has a full size washer and dryer.
Bedroom Details:
-The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with all new furnishings, TV/DVD and private bathroom.
-The second bedroom has new furnishings with two twins beds. There is a full size bathroom directly outside the room in the hallway and services the third bedroom as well.
-The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a television.
-The fourth bedroom has a queen bedroom with a private bathroom with shower. This room is very private and is located on the entry level.
